El objetivo de este artículo será analizar la expropiación de REPSOL-YPF por el Gobierno de Argentina teniendo en cuenta el Derecho Nacional e Internacional. Se tomará especialmente en consideración el Tratado Bilateral de Protección de las Inversiones, vigente entre Argentina y España.
The objective of this paper is to analyze the expropriation of REPSOL-YPF by the Argentinean Government taking the domestic and international law into account. It will focus on the Bilateral Investment Treaty, in force between Argentina and Spain
