El objetivo de este artículo en analizar la expropiación de Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A. por el Gobierno de Argentina a la luz del Derecho Nacional e Internacional. Se focaliza en el Tratado Bilateral de Inversiones entre Argenitna y España vigente.
O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a expropriação da Aerolineas Argentinas SA pelo Governo da Argentina, considerando a legislação nacional e internacional. O Tratado Bilateral de Proteção de Investimentos, em vigor entre Argentina e Espanha foram especialmente levados em consideração.
The objective of this paper is to analyze the expropriation of Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A. by the Argentinean Government taking the domestic and international law into account. It will focus on the Bilateral Investment Treaty, in force between Argentina and Spain.
