Las enfermedades psicosomáticas han sido objeto de estudio, a lo largo de los años, por parte de diferentes disciplinas: la medicina, la psicología, el psicoanálisis, etc.; las cuales han intentado dar respuesta acerca de su etiología, su desarrollo y remisión. En el presente trabajo se realiza un recorrido histórico sobre el término psicosomática, sus orígenes y la evolución del mismo, para luego profundizar los aportes del psicoanálisis al estudio del tema, centrándose en la enseñanza de Jacques Lacan, tomando como antecedente las teorizaciones freudianas. Se desarrollarán las referencias fundamentales de J. Lacan sobre el fenómeno psicosomático, presentes en los seminarios 2, 3 y 11, y en la conferencia en Ginebra sobre el síntoma. Cabe destacar que el término fenómeno psicosomático es introducido por J. Lacan y será el término con el cual se trabajará en la presente tesina. Se hará un acercamiento a los aspectos médico- clínicos específicos de la psoriasis, para trabajar un caso clínico de psoriasis desde la perspectiva teórica propuesta, en relación al fenómeno psicosomático.
In this dissertation's (degree) in psychology, will work the problem of psychosomatic phenomenon from a psychoanalytic perspective. This type of phenomenon affects a huge number of people, producing effects of several types and severity, reaching, at its extreme, to produce disabling consequences for sufferers. Different disciplines have studied it, trying to address its causes and possible treatments. As a result, the question arose about the contributions individuals made Lacan's teaching on the psychosomatic phenomenon, as he calls it: how it stands in relation to the theory of structures in relation to the signifier and the enjoyment , what possible interventions can be performed on the subject that presents. To this end, there will be a qualitative study of descriptive scope, not experimental, with the goal of achieving a theoretical approach to the fundamental references postulated by Lacan in relation to this topic. Will begin with a general review about the subject, including psychoanalytic history and classifications of diagnostic manuals. In Chapter I, there will be a historical tour in relation to psychosomatic concepts, building history, Freud fundamental concepts regarding the hysterical symptom and its difference from the psychosomatic phenomenon. In Chapter II, we will revise the conceptions of diagnostic manuals on the psychosomatics, taking as references, ICD - 10 and DSM-IV TR. In Chapter III, will develop fundamental Lacan´s references in relation to psychosomatic phenomenon, found in seminaries II, III, IX, and the Geneva Conference on the symptom. Note that the latter will not be deepened in this dissertation.
