El estudio se enfoca en las intervenciones profesionales en el ámbito de la justicia juvenil, con especial atención en el Programa Libertad Asistida. Este programa constituye un componente del entramado institucional diseñado para abordar las situaciones de jóvenes entre 16 y 18 años de edad en conflicto con la ley penal. El objetivo principal de este estudio, es indagar acerca de las intervenciones profesionales del equipo interdisciplinario del Programa Libertad Asistida, en la ciudad de Santa Fe durante el periodo 2022-2023. Dicho Programa, es un dispositivo que busca brindar una alternativa al encarcelamiento, ya que se configura como una medida judicial que el o la joven transita en libertad y que busca posicionarse desde un enfoque de derechos de acuerdo con las normativas vigentes que alcanza a esta población. Desde una metodología cualitativa con diseño flexible, se propuso conocer de qué manera se configuran los abordajes que se plantean desde este dispositivo prestando atención a las siguientes dimensiones de la intervención profesional: la articulación institucional; el enfoque interdisciplinar; el marco normativo; el sujeto de la intervención. El estudio también considera los desafíos, posibilitadores y limitaciones que enfrentan las/os profesionales que intervienen en el Programa Libertad Asistida, los cuales influyen en el desarrollo y efectividad de las intervenciones. Se espera que los hallazgos de esta investigación contribuyan a seguir profundizando y problematizando desde una mirada crítica el campo de la justicia juvenil, buscando incentivar y aportar al debate, al menos, del ejercicio profesional en contextos que entrecruzan ‘la cuestión penal’ y la perspectiva de derechos en la justicia juvenil.
The study is centered on profesional interventions in the field of juvenile justicie, specially focusing on the Assisted Freedom Programme. This programme constitutes a component of the institutional framework which is designed to deal with the situations of Young people aged between 16 and 18 years old who are in conflict with the criminal law. The main goa lis to analyze the profesional intervencions of the Assisted Freedom Programme interdisciplinary team in the city of Santa Fe during the period of 2022- 2023. The following Programme is a device that seeks to provide an alternative to imprisonment since it is established as a judicial measure that the young person undergoes with freedom. It also intends to position itself from a rights-based approach according to he current regulations of this population. The analysis is focused on investigating and understanding how the approaches proposed by this device are carried out, paying special attention to the following dimensions of the profesional intervention which are: insitutional articulation, interdsciplinary approach, regulatory framework and the subject to intervention. The study also considers the challenges, enablers and limitations thar rhe Assisted Freedom Programme faces, which influence the development and effectivesness of the unterventions. I tus hoped that the findings of this research will cotribute to study more deeply and oriblematise the field of juvenile justice from a critical point of view. It is also expected to encourage and contribute to the debate of the professional practice in a context that intertwines “the criminal issue” and the human rights perspective.
