En este trabajo se sintetizan actividades desarrolladas en el LEMIT relacionadas con estudios de las características de los materiales y/o las patologías de construcciones ejecutadas en la Prov. de Bs. As. a fines del s. XIX y principios del XX. También se hace referencia a técnicas y métodos para su restauración, reciclaje y/o refuncionalización.
This paper summarizes the technological studies developed at LEMIT in order to analyze the characteristics of the materials and the durability performance of civil structures built at Buenos Aires province at the end of XIX century and the beginning of XX century. References to methods and techniques for restoration and recycled are also included.
