- The writers make reference to the results obtained which closed-method (bloodless) of treatment of the fractures of the anatomical neck of the femur, which are not satisfactory in 50 % of the cases. The difficulties which present themselves, in uniting the neck of the femur, in the subcutaneous procedure of osteosynthesis are pointed out. The author outline, a new system of osteosynthesis of the neck of the femur by the open-method, employing a general technic, a dispositive guide, and a bilaminar nail (plate) devised by them.
