La puesta en práctica de los principios generales que orientan a la clínica psicoanalítica: un avatar para el practicante novel

El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar una breve reflexión sobre lo que significa para el practicante novel el hecho de poner en práctica los principios que orientan a la experiencia del psicoanálisis. Al mismo tiempo, se establecerá una diferenciación con los denominados “estándares” de las prácticas psicoterapéuticas. Los interrogantes que servirán como eje son los siguientes: en primer lugar: ¿qué significa “hacer uso” de los principios y de los conocimientos del psicoanálisis en la práctica frente a un paciente que consulta? En segundo lugar: en momentos donde el practicante debe tomar una decisión que implica un antes y un después (un corte, discontinuidad, ruptura): ¿Cómo hacer uso de estos conocimientos que se han incorporado en el contexto de un lazo universitario? Para realizar la mencionada reflexión, se hará referencia a citas de varios autores: S. Freud, J. Lacan, J.A. Miller, y E. Sinatra. Con ellas no se pretende agotar el problema en cuestión, lo cual es imposible dado (entre otras dificultades) lo breve de esta presentación. Sí se apunta, entonces, a abrir a algunas problemáticas que pueden ser de interés para cualquier practicante novel con deseos de ejercer una práctica psicoanalítica
The objective of this work is to reflect on the meaning, for the novel practitioner (the novice, the one who has only recently begun), of the practice of those principles that lead the experience of psychoanalysis. At the same time, we shall establish the differences between these and the “standards” of psychotherapeutic practice. The questions that will serve as a guide will be the following. In the first place, What does it mean to “use” the principles of psychoanalysis in practice, in front of a patient? Secondly, at those times when the practitioner needs to make a decision that implies a break with the past and the beginning of a new stage, How should one make use of the knowledge acquired at the University? In order to perform this reflection, we shall refer to the work of various authors, such as S. Freud, J. Lacan, J.A. Miller, and E. Sinatra. With these it is not our purpose to exhaust the problem in question, which is impossible due, among other difficulties, to the brevity of this presentation. It is hence our goal to open the discussion of some of the problems that could be of interest to any novel practitioner that wishes to engage in the practice of psychoanalysis.
