La consideración jurídica de la salud mental se erige en una problemática de interesantes aristas. Uno de esos trazos es el relativo a la posible ineficacia del acto otorgado por quien se ve afectado por alguna causal que lo coloca en un atendible estado de vulnerabilidad. La consideración bioética de la cuestión parece arrojar luz sobre la posible solución que se adopte.
The Legal consideration of mental health is built within an interesting edgy issue. One of those outlines is the one referred to the possible inefficiency of the act granted by those affected by some cause, thereby placing them in a considerable state of vulnerability. The bioethical consideration of this matter seems to throw light on the possible solution adopted hereon.
