Uno de los problemas más importantes del derecho, tiene que ver con su relación con la justicia. Si bien, resulta complejo lograr una única definición de justicia, nos parece que una forma de aproximarnos a ella tiene que ver con generar la discusión y preocuparnos por la mejora del tiempo que se toman los órganos judiciales para resolver las cuestiones particulares. La lentitud de los procesos judiciales, pone en riesgo no solo la seguridad jurídica, sino también, el acceso a la justicia. Esta es una forma concreta de hacer efectivos los derechos humanos.
One of the main problems of Law is associated with its relationship with justice. Although it is very difficult to define what justice is, we believe that we should tackle this issue by trying to open up spaces of debate in order to speed up the time the judicial system takes to solve particular cases. The slowness of the proceedings risks not only legal security but also access to justice. This is a way to make human rights effective.
