En esta comunicación se comentan las aplicaciones de la información electrotelúrica en la investigación geofísica, y en particular su aporte a las determinaciones sobre la estructura interna de la corteza y el manto superior terrestre.
This report deals with the applications of electrotelluric information concerning geophysical research, and, particularly, its contributions to determinations on the internal structure of the terrestrial crust and the upper mantle.
