Las resistencias mayores fueron formalizadas luego del giro de 1920. Entre ellas la reacción terapéutica negativa se vincula a un factor moral, sentimiento inconsciente de culpa que se satisface en la enfermedad (Freud, 1923). El empeoramiento ante los progresos de la cura, muestra una forma paradojal de rechazo que pone en jaque las posibilidades de intervención ¿de qué rechazo se trata?
Among them, negative therapeutic reaction is linked to a moral factor, an unconscious feeling of guilt that is satisfied in the illness (Freud, 1923). The worsening of the condition in the face of progress in the cure shows a paradoxical form of rejection that jeopardizes the possibilities of intervention. What kind of rejection is this?
