La construcción del caso en psicoanálisis: el historial freudiano de Dora

La construcción de casos clínicos en psicoanálisis como herramienta metodológica posee implicancias que atañen a su campo clínico y conceptual considerando que el progreso de las teorías de Sigmund Freud ha estado vinculado intrínsecamente con los resultados alcanzados mediante el método terapéutico, solidario de su método de investigación. El historial clínico constituye una de las formas de transmisión, legitimidad y validez de los descubrimientos freudianos dentro de la teoría psicoanalítica. Este trabajo1 tiene como objetivo caracterizar y analizar, en la elaboración del caso Dora (“Fragmento de análisis de un caso de histeria”, Freud, 1905), su estructura formal, contenido y lógica inherentes; los objetivos, interrogantes, problemáticas y supuestos que lo organizan y los operadores conceptuales intervinientes. Para ello, se procederá a la exégesis de material bibliográfico de orientación psicoanalítica freudo lacaniana que verse sobre la temática y los ejes delimitados. Las conclusiones alcanzadas refieren a la relevancia otorgada a la formalización del material clínico orientada por la comunicación científica y la investigación de temáticas atinentes al contexto teórico en que se inscribe.
The construction of clinical cases in psychoanalysis as a methodological tool has implications that concern its clinical and conceptual field considering that the progress of Sigmund Freud’s theories has been intrinsically linked to the results achieved through the therapeutic method, associated with his research method. The case history constitutes one of the forms of transmission, legitimacy and validity of Freudian discoveries within psychoanalytic theory. This work (1) aims to characterize and analyze, in the elaboration of the Dora case (“Fragment of analysis of a case of hysteria”, Freud, 1905), its formal structure, content and inherent logic; the objectives, questions, problems and hypothesis that organize it and the theoretical categories involved. To do this, bibliographic material of Freudo-Lacanian psychoanalytic orientation that discuss the theme considering the delimited axes wil be review. The conclusions reached refer to the relevance given to the formalization of clinical material oriented by scientific communication and research on topics related to the theoretical context in which it is part.
