It seeks to provide a solution to the pressing need of sectors that could not access housing by other means while promoting a system of recycling and re-functionalization of residual elements of the construction industry. Training in the construction of habitable modules, from panels made with wooden pallets recovered as waste from construction works. This development proposes construction with a cost TRENDING TO ZERO ($ 0). In a first stage the realization of a self-supporting roof. They are trained by face-to-face courses in the area, San Vicente, A. Korn, Villa Castells in La Plata, and currently in 2020 motivated by COVID-19 in a virtual way with about 100 residents of the towns of Magdalena, Coronel Brandsen and Chascomus, distant the first about 40 km and the last about 75 km from La Plata.
Se busca dar una solución a la necesidad acuciante de sectores que no podrían acceder a viviendas por otros medios a la vez que propicia un sistema de reciclado y refuncionalización de elementos residuales de la industria de la construcción. Capacitando para la construcción de módulos habitables, a partir de paneles realizados con Pallets de madera recuperados como residuos de obras de construcción. Este desarrollo propone la construcción con un costo TENDIENDO A CERO ($ 0) En una primera etapa la realización de un techo autoportante. Se capacita por cursos presenciales en la zona, San Vicente, A.Korn, Villa Castells en La Plata, y actualmente en el 2020 motivados por el COVID-19 de forma virtual con unos 100 vecinos de las localidades de Magdalena, Coronel Brandsen y Chascomús, distantes las primeras unos 40 km y la ultima unos 75 km de La Plata.
