La política exterior de Sudáfrica post Apartheid

El embajador de Sudáfrica en Argentina realiza aquí un seguimiento de cuestiones centrales en el diseño de la política exterior de su país en los últimos 10 años. Para ello aborda 4 ejes centrales: el significado del año 2004 para Sudáfrica; los fundamentos de su política exterior, la política de relaciones exteriores de Sudáfrica dentro del sistema mundial y la dirección de la política de relaciones exteriores durante la primera década de democracia en el país. Los posicionamientos, sus razones y el reconocimiento al pueblo sudafricano, al del continente africano y a la comunidad internacional por su aporte a la lucha contra el apartheid y el valor de la caída de ese sistema resultan claramente reflejados en este trabajo del máximo representante de Sudáfrica en Argentina.
The ambassador of South Africa in Argentina realized that a pursuit of central questions in the design of the foreign policy of his country existed in the last ten years. For this he approaches four central axes: the meaning of year 2004 for South Africa; the foundations of its foreign policy; the policy of outer relations of South Africa within the world-wide system and the direction of the policy of outer relations during the first decade of democracy in its country. The positionings, their reasons and the recognition to the South African town, the one of the African continent and to the international community by their contribution to the fight against the apartheid and the value of the fall of that system, are clearly reflected in this work of the maximum representative of South Africa in Argentina.
