Estado, pospandemia global y disputas de sentido: ¿la configuración de un orden nuevo o profundización neoliberal?

En este trabajo nos en torno a las modificaciones, impactos ha tenido la pandemia en la consideración social sobre el rol del Estado en América Latina. Indagamos, en ese sentido, si hubo diferencias apreciables de funcionamiento que expliquen situaciones diferentes frente a la pandemia y qué podemos entrever hacia el futuro en cuanto a las capacidades estatales y las relaciones entre las mismas y la economía. En la gestión de la pandemia tuvieron un rol fundamental las redes sociales como dispositivos actuales y protagónicos en la producción y reproducción de discursos junto con las manifestaciones públicas de grupos denominados “anticuarentena”.
In this paper, we focus on the modifications, the impacts the pandemic has had on the social consideration of the role of the State in Latin America. In this sense, we inquired if there were appreciable differences in operation that explain different situations in the face of the pandemic and what we can glimpse into the future in terms of state capacities and the relationships between them and the economy. In the management of the pandemic, social networks played a fundamental role as current and leading devices in the production and reproduction of speeches together with the public demonstrations of groups called “anti-quarantine”.
