Las representaciones sociales de los funcionarios del Poder Judicial hacia las migraciones europeas y sudamericanas: entre la reivindicación y el prejuicio

El presente artículo indaga las representaciones sociales de los funcionarios del Poder Judicial del AMBA respecto de las migraciones externas (europeas y sudamericanas). El escrito se aproxima a la comprensión de las relaciones interculturales a través de la voz institucional de los funcionarios comparando las representaciones que poseen respecto de las migraciones europeas y sudamericanas según su idiosincrasia y significatividad histórica. Los principales hallazgos indican que las representaciones de los funcionarios respecto de estos colectivos son fuertemente diferenciadas. A las migraciones europeas se les asignan características positivas relacionadas a la construcción de la nación y su identidad debido a la cultura del trabajo y valores civilizados mientras que a las migraciones sudamericanas, se le atribuyen cualidades negativas, atravesadas por el aprovechamiento, el delito y el arraigo a sus propias culturas. De esta manera, el artículo demuestra que la interculturalidad en la República Argentina, reviste conflictividad y antagonismo y que por lo tanto, las relaciones entre nativos y migrantes se constituyen como relaciones de dominación. La metodología de la investigación es cualitativa, y la técnica de investigación es la entrevista, individual y semi-estructurada. Los datos fueron codificados y analizados de acuerdo a los pilares de la Teoría Fundamentada.
This article investigates the social representations of AMBA Judicial Power officials regarding external migration (European and South American). The paper approaches the understanding of intercultural relations through the institutional voice of officials comparing the representations they have regarding European and South American migrations according to their idiosyncrasy and historical significance. The main findings indicate that the representations of the officials regarding these groups are strongly differentiated. The European migrations are assigned positive characteristics related to the construction of the nation and its identity due to the culture of work and civilized values while to the South American migrations, negative qualities are attributed, crossed by the exploitation, the crime and the I rooted in their own cultures. In this way, the article demonstrates that interculturality in the Argentine Republic is conflictive and antagonistic and that therefore, relations between natives and migrants are constituted as relations of domination. The research methodology is qualitative, and the research technique is the interview, individual and semi-structured. The data were encoded and analyzed according to the pillars of the Grounded Theory.
