Evaluación bioclimática y de diseño de espacios peatonales en San Miguel de Tucumán

continuando con estudios bioclimáticos y energéticos a nivel urbano, sobre todo para la zona del micro-centro de la ciudad de San Miguel de Tucumán, se expone en este trabajo los resultados logrados en los estudios de diagnóstico realizados en las dos peatonales principales de la ciudad de San Miguel de Tucumán. El objetivo fue determinar la respuesta de diseño de estos espacios de tránsito peatonal frente a las marcadas condicionantes del clima cálido-húmedo del lugar. El trabajo, que contó con el relevamiento físico del sector de estudio, la elaboración de encuestas a usuarios y comerciantes de la zona, entrevistas a profesionales municipales y provinciales responsables del área y el análisis de la normativa existente, permitió establecer la falta de adaptación de las diferentes soluciones de diseño a los requerimientos de los usuarios para lograr un microclima confortable que permita el desarrollo de las diferentes actividades que confluyen en el sector.
Continuing with the bioclimatic and energy studies at urban level, mainly for the area of the micro-center of the city of San Miguel of Tucumán, it is exposed in this work the results achieved in the diagnosis studies carried out in the two main pedestrian streets of the city of San Miguel of Tucumán. The objective was to determine the answer of design of these spaces of pedestrian traffic in front of the rigorous climatic conditions of the warm-humid climate of the place. The work that had the physical report of the study sector, the elaboration of surveys to users of these pedestrian streets and merchants of the area, interviews to municipal and provincial professionals responsible for the area and the analysis of the existent regulatory scheme, allowed to establish the lack of adaptation from the different design solutions to the requirements of the users to achieve a comfortable microclimate that allows the development of the different activities that are made in the sector.
