En el siguiente trabajo de investigación se buscará en primer lugar hacer una exposición del delito de Grooming, con el fin de dar los lineamientos esenciales para la compresión de la respectiva figura. Se referirá a la regulación de la conducta delictiva en la Argentina y las grandes deficiencias en la misma, ya en su redacción, como en la escala de pena que se establece, ambigüedad en las palabras empleadas, y otros aspectos que se analizaran. En correlación con este apartado, se abordará también la regulación del Grooming en otros países como Brasil, Chile y España. Se harán encuestas a menores de edad, con preguntas simples, a fin de que las respuestas que ellos brinden también lo sean, y permitan dar un pantallazo general sobre la situación en la que se encuentra nuestro país respecto de este delito al que está expuesto un amplio grupo de riesgo. A los menores que participen solo se les preguntará su edad para realizar una estadística y se pondrá un nombre ficticio a fin de resguardar su identidad. Se concluirá la presente investigación con una opinión personal sobre los diferentes temas aludidos.
In the following research work we will first seek to expose the crime of Grooming, in order to give the essential guidelines for the understanding of the respective figure. It will refer to the regulation of criminal behavior in Argentina and the major deficiencies in it, and in its wording, as in the scale of punishment that is established, ambiguity in the words used, and other aspects that will be analyzed. In correlation with this section, the regulation of Grooming will also be addressed in other countries such as Brazil, Chile and Spain.
