Descripción: Reseña del libro de Malen Azul Calderón (2025), que articula pensamiento decolonial, teoría queer/cuir y nuevos materialismos feministas para interrogar la categoría de lo humanø y su vínculo con la temporalidad moderna. A partir del análisis de un cuento de Camila Sosa Villada y del diálogo entre Fanon, Lugones, Butler, Edelman y Muñoz, entre otros, la obra propone desanudar la idea de futuro de su inscripción reproductiva, generizada y colonial, abriendo espacio a temporalidades y formas de vida alternativas.
Review from Malen Azul Calderón's book (2025), which brings together decolonial thought, queer theory, and feminist new materialisms to interrogate the category of the human and its entanglement with modern temporality. Drawing on a short story by Camila Sosa Villada and engaging with Fanon, Lugones, Butler, Edelman, and Muñoz, among others, the work proposes severing the idea of the future from its reproductive, gendered, and colonial underpinnings, opening room for alternative temporalities and forms of life.
