Partiendo de los conceptos de "incertidumbre estratégica" y "vigilia estratégica" el artículo presenta una análisis del proceso de globalización y sus efectos sobre el Estado-nación y las relaciones internacionales, además de los instrumentos necesarios para pensar esta nueva realidad. Como nuestras sociedades deben recuperar sus valores esenciales para ser frente a las amenazas y generan las respuestas adecuadas para la globalización.
Using the concepts of "strategic uncertainty" and "strategic watch" the article presents an analysis of the globalization process and its effects on the Nation- State and the international relations. Besides of the necessary instruments to think this new reality. Since our societies must recover its essential values to be strong in front of the new threats and generate the adequate answers for globalization.
