Rangos de confort estival de viviendas en Córdoba como referencia para el acondicionamiento natural

Este trabajo, complementario al realizado en el invierno 2019, presenta los resultados de un estudio de campo realizado en la ciudad de Córdoba con el objetivo de verificar los rangos de confort, a partir de la valoración subjetiva de las  condiciones  de temperatura interior y  humedad relativa, en las que habitan las personas en viviendas de la ciudad durante el verano. El estudio se realizó en 12 viviendas, consiguiendo un total de 259 encuestas respondidas durante los meses  de enero y  febrero del año 2020, considerando un periodo representativo de verano. Se estimaron temperatura y humedad relativa neutra y rangos de confort con el método de medias por intervalo de sensación térmica (MIST), comparando el rango de confort con el establecido por otros autores referentes. El objetivo de este estudio es, a partir de las condiciones de temperatura relevadas en las viviendas, verificar los  rangos  de preferencia térmica valorados  en verano y  si, tomando los  mismos  como referencia, es  posible incluir estrategias  de acondicionamiento pasivo para reducir la climatización mecánica en el periodo estival sin perder de vista las actuales exigencias de confort térmico.
This work is complementary to the study carried out in winter 2019, it presents the results of a field study carried out in the city of Córdoba with the aim of verifying the comfort ranges from the subjective assessment of the conditions of interior temperature and relative humidity where people live in city houses during the summer. The study was carried out in 12 homes, obtaining a total of 259 surveys answered during the months of January and February of the year 2020, considering a representative period of summer. Neutral relative humidity and temperature and comfort ranges were estimated with the thermal sensation interval means (MIST) method, comparing the comfort range with that established by other referring authors. The objective of this study is, based on the temperature conditions surveyed in the homes, to verify the ranges of thermal preference valued in summer and whether, taking them as an objective, it is possible to include passive conditioning strategies to reduce mechanical air conditioning in the summer period without losing sight of the current demands for thermal comfort.
