Lo efímero de lo no efímero en el arte

El artículo propone profundizar y expandir la dimensión de lo efímero en el arte contemporáneo, para cuestionar ciertos excesos metonímicos y acercar matices entre la fugacidad y lo paulatino de un proceso inexorable de finalización. A partir del concepto de dispositivo de Jacques Aumont, sostenemos que no toda intención efímera se reduce a determinados materiales per se, sino a las múltiples relaciones desplegadas en el interior de la obra misma, por un lado y, por otro, el exterior, en su vinculación consciente con el entorno y las condiciones de su emplazamiento.
The article proposes to deepen and expand the dimension of the ephemeral in contemporary art, to question certain metonymic excesses and to bring nuances between the fleetingness and the gradualness of an inexorable process of completion. Based on Jacques Aumont’s concept of the device, we argue that not all ephemeral intentions are reduced to specific materials per se, but rather to the multiple relationships deployed within the work itself, on the one hand, and, on the other, toward the outside, in its conscious connection with the environment and the conditions of its location.
