Nacht – Kohut : el encuentro con el self

En el presente trabajo se cotejan conceptos de Nacht y Kohut. Dos autores que, basándose en diferentes teorías, y a través del diálogo terapéutico con sus pacientes han palpado una dimensión profunda del hombre, diferenciada de los impulsos: la dimensión personal. Acceder a ella permite lograr la libertad interior. Para ello hay que contar necesariamente con una actitud interior profunda del terapeuta, impregnada de amor hacia el paciente, de receptividad y capacidad empática, que hace a la eficacia de las interpretaciones.
This paper compares Nacht’s and Kohut’s concepts. These two authors, based on different theories and through the therapeutic dialogue with patients, have felt a deep dimension in man, differentiated from impulses: the personal dimension. Accessing this dimension allows to attain inner freedom. For this, it is necessary that the therapist has a deep inner attitude, impregnated with love towards the patient, of receptivity and empathetic ability that leads to efficiency in interpretations.
