Resumen: entre los aportes de la Exhortación Postsinodal Amoris Laetitia del Papa Francisco destaca su reflexión sobre la espiritualidad matrimonial. Situándonos primeramente en el ambiente que interpela y modela a las familias en la actualidad, se apuntarán en este trabajo, algunos de los desafíos que surgieron de la mirada atenta sobre la realidad familiar y matrimonial en el trayecto sinodal y que tienen especial relevancia a la hora de reflexionar sobre la espiritualidad conyugal. En un segundo momento serán presentadas aquellas notas “de la espiritualidad específica que se desarrolla en el dinamismo de las relaciones de la vida familiar” delineadas por el Papa. Finalmente se ofrecerán algunos aportes para seguir madurando la espiritualidad matrimonial y familiar en el contexto actual.
Abstract: First of all, starting from the environment that questions and shapes families nowadays, we will point out some of the challenges that arose from the thorough investigation about family and marriage realities along the synod. Said challenges are of great importance to reflect on the spirituality of marriage. Secondly, we will explain the characteristics of this “specific spirituality that unfolds in family life and its relationships” as described by Pope Francis himself. Finally, we will make some contributions to strengthen the spirituality of marriage and family nowadays.
