Resumen: El trabajo intenta revisar el posicionamiento del Partido Comunista Argentino frente al movimiento peronista, buscando comprender tanto el surgimiento del antiperonismo en el seno de la izquierda argentina como su evolución posterior. Es necesario tener en cuenta que la cuestión de la postura adoptada por el PCA frente al peronismo parte de entender la adhesión a la Unión Democrática como su toma de posición última. Sin embargo, la relación entre el PCA y el peronismo de ninguna manera concluye en el mencionado enfrentamiento electoral; no obstante, casi desconocemos su desarrollo posterior, al menos desde una perspectiva de análisis histórico. Nuestra propuesta busca superar la imagen estática de aquél momento y reconstruir el desarrollo posterior del PCA en su vinculación con el peronismo.
Abstract: This paper is an attempt to revise the Communist Party of Argentina’s (PCA) stance toward the Peronist movement, trying to understand not only the emergence of Anti-Peronism at the very heart of Argentinian Left, but also its subsequent evolution. It is necessary to take into account that the question of the PCA’s stance toward Peronism stems from an understanding of their adherence to Unión Democrática (Democratic Union, an Anti-Peronist alliance) as their final stance. However, the relation between the PCA and Peronism certainly does not finish in the previously mentioned electoral contest; nevertheless, its further development remains barely known, at least from the point of view of historical analysis. The aim of our proposal is to go beyond the static image we have of that historical moment and reconstruct the subsequent development of the relationship between the PCA and Peronism.
