La presente pasantía académica se llevó a cabo en el Cuerpo de Investigaciones Fiscales (CIF) en el Ministerio Público Fiscal de Salta. Comenzó en el mes de noviembre del 2023 y finalizó en el mes de febrero del 2024 cumplimentando un total de 300 horas. La misma se realizó en el horario de 9am-13pm y bajo la supervisión de la Lic. Maria Laura Silisque, psicóloga del gabinete del CIF. A través de la observación participante se pudo conocer el abordaje psicológico frente a la víctima de abuso sexual infantil. Además, se utilizaron otras herramientas como la observación de declaración testimonial en Circuito Cerrado de Televisión (CCTV) y el proceso pericial, constituido por entrevistas semidirigidas y aplicación de técnicas psicológicas; por último, la lectura de informes realizados por la psicóloga y que son elevados a fiscalía o juzgados. A partir de lo anteriormente expuesto se buscó cumplir con el objetivo general de la pasantía, expresado como: “Adquirir las competencias prácticas de la intervención del psicólogo jurídico-forense del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Fiscales del Ministerio Público con víctimas de abuso sexual infantil en la Ciudad de Salta durante el período 2023-2024”. Por otro lado, se enunciaron como objetivos específicos: describir la intervención de el/la psicólogo/a jurídico-forense frente a víctimas de abuso sexual infantil; identificar las situaciones que condicionan la toma de testimonio mediante circuito cerrado de televisión y proceso pericial en víctimas de abuso sexual infantil y por último; dilucidar circuito cerrado de televisión y proceso pericial en víctimas de abuso sexual infantil. The present academic internship was held at the Fiscal Investigations Corps (CIF) in the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Salta. It began in November 2023 and ended in February 2024, completing a total of 300 hours. The same was done in the schedule of 9am-13pm and under the supervision of Ms. Maria Laura Silisque, psychologist of the CIF cabinet. Through the participant observation, the psychological approach to the victim of child sexual abuse was known. In addition, other tools were used, such as the observation of testimony in Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and the expert process, consisting of semi-directed interviews and application of psychological techniques; finally, the reading of reports made by the psychologist and which are submitted to the prosecutor’s office or courts. On the basis of the foregoing, the aim was to fulfil the general objective of the internship, expressed as: "To acquire practical skills on the role of the psychologist of the Fiscal Investigation Corps in the intervention with victims of child sexual abuse". On the other hand, they were stated as specific objectives: to describe the intervention of the psychologist legal-forensic against victims of child sexual abuse; identify the situations that condition the taking of testimony through closed circuit television and expert process in victims of child sexual abuse and finally; clarify closed circuit television and expert process in victims of child sexual abuse.
