In a changing context, companies need to carry out new skills and have an in-out worldview of their organizations. This requires extraordinary attitudes and skills at all levels, and for this, strategic management tools are needed. One of the strategic tools is the system, based on computer technology, which allows the integration of the information required by any organization for successful and quality management. This work constitutes a production of knowledge within the framework of the development of an In Situ work of analysis and design of an Information System for Hotel Management, in which framework a Strategic Plan for the Implementation of the Guest Management System in the Company "Hotel Domingo Savio". The Project consisted of the diagnosis, planning, execution and evaluation of actions, whose central axes of action were: achieve differentiation from other competitors, develop a marketing tool and operate your business internally more efficiently. The production and application of a custom software, patented, that works under the LINUX operating system, has been achieved for hotel management, whose engineering, developed in modules (guest management, administrative management, accounting management and evaluation management of performance: with the Balanced Scorecard tool), were developed from the artisanal processes of the hotel services company.
