Fil: El trabajo aspira comprender la complejidad del fenómeno de inmigración clerical desde una perspectiva regional que permita, al menos, matizar algunas miradas generalizadoras, que han pasado por alto las especificidades propias del espacio cordobés. Suele afirmarse que “el clero inmigratorio fue “insuficiente y perjudicial” y “agudizó los problemas que ya tenía el clero criollo”, esta aseveración parte del supuesto de concebir un clero nativo con profundas deficiencias en el orden disciplinar, moral y espiritual. Si bien esta realidad podría ser ajustada para el espacio porteño, pampeano bonaerense y santafesino, en Córdoba, el clero nativo, a la llegada de la inmigración masiva, ya estaba reformado y era bastante idóneo. Por otra parte, acercarnos al clero inmigrante a partir de las experiencias individuales y las trayectorias personales, encontramos un significativo número de sacerdotes inmigrantes que aportaron estrategias pastorales innovadoras, contribuyendo al proyecto católico impulsado desde la jerarquía.
Fil: The work aspires to understand the complexity of the phenomenon of clerical immigration from a regional perspective that allows to tint, at least, some generalizing looks, which have overlooked the own specificities of our space. One is in the habit of affirming that the inmigratory clergy was "insufficient and harmful" and "it sharpened the problems that already the creole clergy had", this affirmation departs from the supposition of conceiving a native clergy with deep deficiencies in the order to discipline, morally and spiritually. Though this reality might be exact for the sea space, pampeano and santafesino, in Cordoba, the native clergy, at the arrival of the massive immigration, already it was reformed and was suitable enough. On the other hand, to approach the immigrant clergy from the individual experiences and the personal paths, we find a significant number of immigrant priests who contributed pastoral innovative strategies, contributing to the catholic project stimulated from the hierarchy.
