El presente trabajo destaca algunas de las modificaciones e incorporaciones que, en el marco de la conjunción de los principios de autonomía de la voluntad, responsabilidad y solidaridad, ha producido el nuevo Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación en materia de derecho de familia. A tal fin se analizará el régimen patrimonial del matrimonio, el divorcio incausado y las uniones convivenciales.
This work highlights some of the modifications and additions that has produced the new argentinian Civil and Commercial Code on family law, within the framework of freedom choice, responsability and solidarity. To achieve this end, the work analyzes the patrimonial regime of marriage, divorce and convivencial unions.
