El concepto de desarrollo local relativo a la actividad turística requiere caracterizar el territorio donde se ha de operar, identificar sus posibles activos, considerar sus impactos positivos y negativos y las herramientas a emplearse. Solo rendirá sus frutos si el desarrollo es sustentable desde los distintos ángulos que implica la sustentabilidad.
The concept of local development on tourist activity requires to characterize the territory where it has to occur, to identify its potential assets, considering its positive and negative impacts and the tools to be used. It will only produce its fruits ifthe development is sustainable from the different angles that the sustentabilidad implies.
