En las últimas décadas han surgido nuevos retos para la diseminación de la información provocado por su vertiginoso crecimiento en un nuevo medio, la era digital. Ante ello, algunos de los servicios y funciones tradicionales del acceso a la información, empiezan a sufrir cambios substanciales, que inciden de forma directa en el modo en el que la misma se hace accesible al usuario final. Asimismo, las relaciones que se crean entre autores y usuarios de la información, comienzan a regirse por parámetros distintos que originan nuevas pautas de comportamiento, actitudes y aptitudes en la distribución, el acceso uso y abuso de la información. En este contexto se hace referencia a un elemento, de gran importancia, que incide directamente sobre el acceso a la información, la creación realizada por autores que trabajan en relación de dependencia, el caso de los autores del INTA y la falta de reglamentación sobre sus Derechos Morales. In recent decades, new challenges have arisen for the dissemination of information brought about by its dizzying growth in a new medium, the digital age. Given this, some of the traditional services and functions of access to information, begin to undergo changes substantial, which directly affect the way in which it is made accessible to the final user. Likewise, the relationships that are created between authors and users of the information, begin to be governed by different parameters that give rise to new patterns of behavior, attitudes and skills in the distribution, access, use and abuse of information. In this context, reference is made to an element of great importance that affects directly on the access to information, the creation carried out by authors who work in a relationship of dependency, the case of the authors of the INTA and the lack of regulations on your moral rights.
