The sowing of winter forage crops, in addition to providing ground cover and improving soil quality, can also be used for forage production and deferred as a strategic reserve during critical periods of the year. The objective of this study was to evaluate the yield and quality of deferred forage from a mixture of winter pastures, following the incorporation of different types of manure.
