El debate sobre la hegemonía cultural kirchnerista

El siguiente trabajo se propone abordar el debate sobre la existencia de una “hegemonía cultural kirchnerista” en la argentina contemporánea. Dicho debate fue planteando por diversos intelectuales y apareció en varios medios de comunicación masiva a mediados del año 2011. El cambio en la situación política dio origen a una serie de intervenciones públicas que necesitaron volver a Gramsci y a su noción de hegemonía para entender y explicar la fuerte adhesión cosechada por el gobierno. Buscaremos entonces partir del análisis conceptual del término “hegemonía cultural” tomando a sus principales exponentes teóricos, para luego ponerlo en relación con diversos análisis coyunturales que caracterizaron la etapa actual del gobierno como “hegemónica”. En particular, se intentará desentrañar la noción de hegemonía que presentan para contrastarla no sólo con las conceptualizaciones clásicas, sino también con una forma de entenderla centrada en la lucha entre las principales fuerzas sociales.
The following paper considers the debate over the existence of a "Kirchnerist cultural hegemony" in contemporary Argentina. The debate was raised by various intellectuals and appeared in several mass media in mid- 2011. The recovery in legitimacy and strength of the government led to a series of public interventions that needed to return to Gramsci and his concept of hegemony to understand and explain the strong support the government was achieving. Thus, we begging with a conceptual analysis of the term "cultural hegemony", taking their main theoretical exponents, and then relate it to the various analyses that sought to characterize the current stage of the government as "hegemonic". The paper intends to unravel the notion of hegemony present in these analyses and then contrast it, both with the traditional conceptualizations of cultural hegemony, and with a way of understand it that focus on the struggle between major social forces.
