Este artículo se propone examinar la categoría de lo invisto propuesta por la estética fenomenológica de Jean-Luc Marion y su potencial para pensar la tarea de la justicia entendida en términos de un “hacer visible lo invisto”. La “mirada ciega” del artista, que es capaz de ver lo invisto, es el modelo para la “mirada ciega” del juez que pretende hacer justicia.
This article aims to examinate the category of the unseen proposed by the phenomenological aesthetics of Jean-Luc Marion and its potential to think about the task of justice understood in terms of “making the unseen visible”. The “blind look” of the artist, who is able to see the unseen, is the model for the “blind look” of the judge who intends to do justice.
Este artigo tem como objetivo examinar a categoria do invisível proposta pela estética fenomenológica de Jean-Luc Marion e seu potencial para pensar na tarefa da justiça entendida em termos de "tornar visível o invisível". O "olhar cego" do artista, que é capaz de ver o invisível, é o modelo para o "olhar cego" do juiz que busca a justiça.
