Extrañamiento, despolitización y memoria social en el arte argentino de inicios del 80

Los cambios mediante los cuales los artistas plásticos conciben sus obras, hacia fines de los 60 y principios de los 80 en la Argentina, nos permite reflexionar sobre las incidencias de la experiencia de la dictadura en los modos de concebir el lenguaje artístico y la forma en que el artista intelectual define y modifica sus prácticas. Este trabajo se propone estudiar el problema a partir de tres casos emblemáticos que testimonian, desde lugares distintos, el cambio de modelo de artista-intelectual comprometido de los 60 hacia su despolitización durante los años 80. A partir del análisis de un conjunto representativo de obras se busca formalizar cómo se observa a través del lenguaje artístico una nueva forma de comprender el rol arte que testimonia un repliegue del acto político hacia la proclamación de lo ético. La hipótesis de trabajo se sostiene que el cambio que se produce en el modelo de artista intelectual de los 60 a los 80 en la Argentina observa un repliegue desde la acción directa vinculada al compromiso político, hacia la extrañación y el distanciamiento dan cuentan de una reflexión genérica e introspectiva sobre la historia reciente.
The ways which artists conceive their works changes in the late 60's and early 80's in Argentina. This changes allows us to reflect on the impact of the experience of the dictatorship in the ways of understanding the language of art and how the intellectualartist defines and modifies their practices. This work aims to study the problem from three test cases that testify, from different places, changing artist-intellectual model of the 60 committed to its politicization during the 80's. From the analysis of a representative set of works seeks to formalize what is seen through the artistic language a new way of understanding the role art that bears witness to a political act to withdrawal of the proclamation of the ethical. The working hypothesis argues that the change that occurs in the model of intellectual artist of the 60 to 80 in Argentina shows a retreat from the direct action linked to the political commitment, to the estrangement and alienation as a reflection generic and introspective about recent history.
