El espacio productivo de la Cuenca Lechera Central Argentina y sus paradigmas históricos de desarrollo

Se aborda el paisaje productivo de la Cuenca Lechera Central Argentina desde sus paradigmas históricos de desarrollo, con el objetivo de señalar las implicancias de la aplicación y vigencia de los mismos en la configuración espacial de su territorio, destacando la lechería. Se narrará una síntesis con los resultados del estudio histórico de actividades económicas clave para la cuenca, como así también un avance en las formas de pensar la delimitación de su espacio productivo. Las conclusiones indican que se precisa de nuevas perspectivas que reconozcan nuevos contextos en que la lechería se desarrolla, valorar relaciones de interdependencia con otras actividades productivas e incorporar nociones desde otros enfoques. Por otro lado, emerge un valor histórico de resiliencia dentro de la lechería local que debería ser considerado a la hora de formular estrategias futuras de desarrollo para su paisaje productivo.
The productive landscape of the Argentinian Central Dairy Basin is addressed from its historical development paradigms, with the aim of pointing out the implications of their application and validity in the spatial configuration of its territory, highlighting dairy. A synthesis will be narrated with the results of the historical study of key economic activities for the basin, as well as a progress in the ways of thinking about the delimitation of its productive space. Conclusions indicate that new perspectives are needed which recognise new contexts in which dairy is developed, assess interdependence relationships with other productive activities on its territory and incorporate notions from other approaches. On the other hand, a historical value of resilience emerges within local dairy that should be considered when formulating future development strategies for its productive landscape.
