El presente artículo intenta analizar la noción derrideana de justicia. En primer lugar, se examinan las cercanías y distancias de esta posición con la lectura heideggeriana de la Diké. En segundo lugar, se desarrolla la relación aporética entre justicia y derecho e intenta brindarse, por último, un modo de articulación no-dialéctico a la luz de la noción derrideana de espectro.
This article attempts to analyze the notion of Derridean Justice. Firstly, examines the vicinity and distances of this position with the Heideggerian Dike reading. Secondly, develops the aporetic relationship between justice and right and tries to provide is, finally, a manner of no-dialectical articulation in the light of the notion of Derridean ghost.
