Cambiemos : la política educativa del macrismo

En este artículo resumiremos los principales aspectos de la política educativa diseñada por los gobiernos kirchneristas (mayo 2003- diciembre 2015), y analizaremos en forma extensa la normativa más relevante -destinada a los niveles primario, secundario y superior no universitario- que se propuso e implementó durante el primer año de la gestión del ministro de educación y deportes Esteban Bullrich (diciembre 2015- diciembre 2016). Describiremos en qué sentido las modificaciones presentadas abarcaron cuatro ámbitos relacionados entre sí: políticas socioeducativas, evaluación, formación docente y nuevas tecnologías. La hipótesis a desarrollar es que el nuevo funcionario buscó sentar las bases de una nueva educación ignorando lo realizado por el gobierno anterior y movido por la idea de que el sistema educativo debía estar al servicio de las necesidades del sector privado empresarial.
In this article will present a brief review of the political educational designed by the presidents Néstor Kirchner and Cristina Fernández (May 2003-December 2015), and will analyze in the chronic detailed of them Laws, Decrees and resolutions more important that is gave to know during the first year of the new Minister of Education and Sports Esteban Bullrich (December 2015 to December 2016). We will describe in what sense the modifications affected four areas: socio-educational policies, evaluation, formation and news technologies. The main hypothesis to be developed is that the new minister looked designed a new education against the anterior government and guided by the conviction that the education system for an idea that the educational system must be under the demands of entrepreneurship.
