Diálogos entre la apropiación patrimonial, los grupos de interés y la producción científica: Análisis comparativo de tres localidades costeras de la Patagonia central (1989-2021)...

A partir del análisis descriptivo y la sistematización de experiencias comunitarias, científicas y gubernamentales que han tenido como objeto al patrimonio cultural en Comodoro Rivadavia, Puerto Madryn y Puerto Pirámides (Chubut), se comparan los procesos de patrimonialización emergentes en los últimos treinta años teniendo en cuenta la relación entre los modos de apropiación patrimonial, las normativas vigentes y los actores interesados en su preservación. Atravesadas por sus características fundacionales y un origen portuario común, las tres localidades han tenido un desarrollo diverso marcado por los sistemas productivos dominantes en ellas. Asimismo, las matrices culturales tanto de los pueblos originarios que habitan sus territorios como las corrientes migratorias (inicialmente galesa en el área VIRCH-Valdés) y una multiplicidad de orígenes étnicos (en el Golfo San Jorge) permiten explicar algunas de las iniciativas patrimoniales, el compromiso de las comunidades y las políticas gubernamentales.
Based on the analysis of community, scientific and governmental experiences that have had cultural heritage as their object in coastal towns of the province of Chubut such as Comodoro Rivadavia, Puerto Madryn and Puerto Pirámides, this article describes and compares the emerging patrimonialization processes in the last thirty years, taking into account the relationship between current regulations, the main stakeholders and the modes patrimonial appropriation. Although the three towns have had a port origin within the framework of the consolidation of the National Territories, their later development has been marked by the dominant productive systems in them. Likewise, the cultural matrices of both the native peoples that inhabit the territories and the migratory currents of diverse ethnic origins allow explaining some of the heritage initiatives, the responses and the commitment of the communities regarding the guard of the cultural heritage and the actions of local governments in its preservation, embodied in heritage regulations and policies.
