- Theoretical matrix elements, for the ground-state to ground-statetwo-neutrino double-beta-decay mode(2 nu }beta -beta of Te128,130isotopes, are calculated within a formalism that describes interactionsbetween neutrons in a superfluid phase and protons in a normal phase.The elementary degrees of freedom of the model are proton-pair modes andpairs of protons and quasineutrons. The calculation is basically aparameter-free one, because all relevant parameters are fixed from thephenomenology. A comparison with the available experimental data ispresented.
