Universalidad y Límites del lenguaje en Hans-Georg Gadamer: otra aproximación al tacto hermenéutico

El objetivo del trabajo es examinar los límites del fenómeno de la comprensión y del lenguaje en relación con las pretensiones de universalidad de la hermenéutica de Gadamer desde la perspectiva de su virtud del tacto. El tacto es «la virtud suprema del verdadero intérprete» (Gadamer GW 9, 442) que sabe tratar con la infinitud del texto en los límites de situación hermenéutica. En la descripción de esta virtud aparecen rasgos del sentido perceptivo táctil que deben ser examinados. Su análisis busca aclarar los fundamentos antepredicativos de los límites y la universalidad de la hermenéutica de Gadamer.
The aim of the paper is to examine the limits of the phenomenon of understanding and language in relation to the universality claims of Gadamer’s hermeneutics from the perspective of his virtue of tact. Tact is «the supreme virtue of the true interpreter» (Gadamer GW 9, 442) who knows how to deal with the infinity of the text within the limits of the hermeneutical situation. In the description of this virtue there appear features of the tactile perceptual sense that must be examined. His analysis seeks to clarify the pre-predicative foundations of the limits and universality of Gadamer’s hermeneutics.
