Este artículo repasa algunos de los momentos esenciales e historiográficamente más estudiados de la biografía de Julio César, buscando señalar las influencias mutuas entre su excepcionalidad individual y las tendencias estructurales de la época como factores causales de los eventos y los efectos que sus acciones producirían.
This article reviews some of the essential and historiographically most studied moments of Julius Caesar’s biography, attempting to point out the mutual influences between his individual exceptionality and the structural tendencies of the period, as causal factors for the events and effects that his actions would produce.
