Alexandre Kojève, Nick Land y Peter Thiel: Clausura, aceleración y domesticación de los flujos

El artículo propone una lectura comparativa de Alexandre Kojève, Nick Land y Peter Thiel a partir del problema de los flujos –económicos, técnicos y simbólicos– y sus regímenes de temporalidad. Sostengo que Kojève formula una clausura de los flujos bajo la figura del Estado universal y homogéneo (secularización de una escatología política); Land radicaliza una aceleración inhumana en la que el capital opera como una inteligencia artificial distribuida que descodifica y disuelve toda mediación; y Thiel ensaya una domesticación/gobernanza de la aceleración mediante inversiones, enclaves y una gramática teológico-política que reintroduce las nociones de katechon, riesgo existencial y orden. El trabajo reconstruye sus genealogías –de Hegel y la dialéctica del reconocimiento a Deleuze/Guattari, Schmitt, Strauss y Girard– y muestra cómo estas tres figuras reconfiguran el vínculo entre técnica, autoridad y fin de la historia: administración (Kojève), implosión maquínica (Land) y control estratégico (Thiel). Concluyo que la política contemporánea se juega en la tensión entre clausura, fuga y gobierno de los flujos –bajo condiciones de aceleración climática, financiera y algorítmica–, y propongo un marco para evaluar dispositivos de contención y dirección tecnológica sin recaer ni en la ilusión estabilizadora ni en el catastrofismo.
This article offers a comparative reading of Alexandre Kojève, Nick Land, and Peter Thiel through the lens of flows –economic, technical, and symbolic– and their temporal regimes. I argue that Kojève articulates a closure of flows under the figure of the universal and homogeneous state (a secularized political eschatology); Land advances an inhuman acceleration whereby capital functions as a distributed artificial intelligence that decodes and dissolves mediation; and Thiel develops a project of domestication/governance of acceleration through investment strategies, protective enclaves, and a politico-theological grammar that reintroduces katechon, existential risk, and order. Tracing the shared genealogy –from Hegel’s recognition and Deleuze/Guattari to Schmitt, Strauss, and Girard– the paper shows how these three figures reconfigure the nexus between technology, authority, and the end of history: administration (Kojève), machinic implosion (Land), and strategic control (Thiel). I conclude that contemporary politics unfolds within the tension between closure, escape, and governance of flows –amid climatic, financial, and algorithmic acceleration– and propose an evaluative framework for steering/ containing technological systems without collapsing into either stabilizing illusion or apocalyptic fatalism.
