Los rostros tras la máscara: hacia una poética del yo en Manuel Mujica Lainez

En este trabajo se aborda la producción del escritor argentino Manuel Mujica Lainez vinculada con lo que, genéricamente, ha dado en llamarse poéticas o escrituras del yo. El interés en tal análisis radica en el hecho de que la práctica laineceana, vista en su contexto, parece constituirse como una precursora en los borramientos de los límites entre lo ficcional y lo biográfico. Para valorar la importancia del autor a este respecto, consideramos el diálogo que se establece entre las ficciones relacionadas con esta línea de escritura y otro tipo de producción no-ficcional, como son las biografías, las entrevistas y los testimonios autobiográficos, géneros sustentados en un pacto de lectura que apunta a lo veraz y que comparten un rasgo fundamental que excede todas sus diferencias formales: la aparición del nombre propio (o de algún sucedáneo) como elemento unificador.
This work deals with of the Argentine writer Manuel Mujica Lainez´s production linked to what, generically, has come to be called self writing poetics. The interest in such an analysis lies in the fact that Mujica Linez´s practice, seen in its context, seems to constitute itself as a precursor in questioning the limits between the fictional and the biographical. To assess the importance of the author in this regard, we consider the dialogue that is established between the fictions related to this line of writing and other types of non-fictional production, such as biographies, interviews and autobiographical testimonies, genres supported by a reading pact that points to truthfulness and that share a fundamental feature that exceeds all their formal differences: the appearance of the proper name (or some substitute) as a unifying element.
