En el presente trabajo se pretende analizar el proceso de incorporación de las medicinas terapéuticas en el servicio de salud del Hospital Iturraspe de la ciudad de Santa Fe, específicamente. Las preguntas rectoras de esta propuesta refieren a: ¿cuál es el servicio de salud que orienta las atenciones en Hospital Iturraspe?, ¿qué medicinas terapéuticas se realizan o se han realizado?, ¿cabe la posibilidad de integrar las diferentes medicinas en el servicio de salud público de esta organización? ¿se plantea de igual forma en todas las áreas y especialidades? El diseño metodológico utilizado es flexible de tipo cualitativo, lo cual permite un análisis orientado a la reconstrucción de la trayectoria de estas medicinas terapéuticas en el Hospital Iturraspe, que da cuenta del proceso en que se encuentran actualmente y de las posibilidades y/o dificultades para seguir avanzado en la integración de estas prácticas en el ámbito de la salud.
This paper intends to analyze the process of incorporating therapeutic medical procedures into the health service of the Iturraspe Hospital in the city of Santa Fe. The guiding questions of this study refer to: What is the health service that guides the care at Iturraspe Hospital? What type of therapeutic medical practices are used or have been used? Is it possible to integrate different practices in the public health service of this institution? Does it arise in the same way in all areas and specialties? The methodological design is of a flexible qualitative type, which allows an analysis oriented to the reconstruction of the development of these therapeutic medical interventions at Iturraspe Hospital and accounts for the process they are currently in and the possibilities and / or difficulties in advancing towards the integration of these practices in the field of health.
