El Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación ha innovado en diferentes aspectos en materia de derechos reales de garantía. De acuerdo al crédito que garantice la hipoteca, ya sea determinado o indeterminado, serán aplicables diferentes reglas para su eficaz constitución. Lo mismo ocurre con la extensión de la garantía y el privilegio del que gozan.
The Civil and Commercial Nation Code has innovated in different aspects in the field of real rights of guarantee. According to the credit that guarantees the mortgage, whether determined or undetermined, will apply different rules to the effective constitution. The same happens with the extension of the warranty and the privilege they enjoy.
