Trabajo social y giro afectivo : Contribuciones a las matrices teóricas críticas

El presente artículo se enmarca en el debate por las matrices críticas en el Trabajo Social, y en este sentido se propone destacar los interesantes aportes del giro afectivo a dicho debate. La intención es ubicar la discusión a partir de la mirada propia que construye el Trabajo Social, a los fines de reconocer la capacidad de ser productor de conocimiento sobre sí mismo. El artículo se estructura en dos grandes apartados. El primero encuadra la relevancia de las matrices teóricas en el debate epistémico contemporáneo, planteando la potencia de la crítica en las intervenciones profesionales actuales. La segunda parte presenta la corriente del giro afectivo y su aporte a las matrices teóricas críticas, discutiendo con la centralidad de la racionalidad como única fuente de producción de conocimiento y/o de intervención. Se considera que las afectaciones pueden funcionar como formas de agenciamiento en las personas afectadas y, a partir de ahí, dar lugar a la construcción de otras formas de estar en lo social. En este marco, las afectaciones que generan malestares en los sujetos no son consideradas como evitables o negativas, sino que se incorporan como eventos intrínsecos de lo humano y recuperan algunas posibles potencialidades.
This article is part of the debate on critical matrices in Social Work, and in this sense it is proposed to highlight the interesting contributions of the affective turn to this debate. The intention is to locate the discussion from the own perspective that Social Work builds, in order to recognize the ability to be a producer of knowledge about oneself. The article is structured in two large sections. The first frames the relevance of theoretical matrices in the contemporary epistemic debate, raising the power of criticism in current professional interventions. The second part presents the current of the affective turn and its contribution to critical theoretical matrices, discussing the centrality of rationality as the only source of knowledge production and/or intervention. It is considered that the affectations can function as forms of agency in the affected people and, from there, give rise to the construction of other ways of being in the social. In this framework, the affectations that generate discomfort in the subjects are not considered as avoidable or negative, but are incorporated as intrinsic human events and recover some possible potentialities.
