La incursión de la robótica en los más variados ámbitos de la vida social, exige reflexionar sobre la necesidad de adaptar la legislación a los desafíos que platean las nuevas tecnologías. Al respecto es crucial verificar quienes son los sujetos responsables por los daños que puedan derivarse de ella. A partir de un análisis sistemático y comparativo, resulta conveniente no encasillar al operador jurídico en un único supuesto de responsabilidad sino dejarlo abierto a varios de ellos.
The incursion of robotics in the most varied areas of social life requires reflection on the need to adapt legislation to the challenges posed by new technologies. In this regard, it is crucial to consider who are the responsible subjects for the damages that may arise from it. Based on a systematic and comparative analysis, it should be convenient not to pigeonhole the legal operator into a single liability case, but instead to leave it open to several of them.
