A lectotype is selected among the syntypes of Schendylops caledonicus (Atteins, 1928). The species is re-described and compared to the remaining African species of Schendylops Cook, 1899.
Vienc fissato un lectotipo Ira i sintipi di Schendylops caledonicus (Atteins, 1928). La specie vicnc ridescritta, illustrata e messa a confronte con lc altre specie africanc del genere Schendylops Cook, 1899.
