Resumen: El autor analiza la regulación constitucional del medio ambiente como derecho fundamental y como deber. Luego indaga sobre los fundamentos de tal derecho-deber mostrando cómo la dignidad humana, desde el punto de vista antropológico, posee consecuencias práctico-jurídicas. Por último, relaciona estos conceptos con el de bien común, causa final del orden jurídico.
Abstract: The author analyzes the constitutional regulation of the environment as a fundamental right and a duty. Then delves into the fundamentals of such a right and duty to show how human dignity, from the anthropological point of view, has practical and legal consequences. Finally, it relates these concepts to the common good, final cause of the legal order.
